New Coaching Package

Happy new school year!

The days have been flying by!

I received the results of my last genetic test for Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy or FSHD and it was negative. I was beyond relieved to hear this.

I have another appointment scheduled at Mayo Hospital in Rochester for a muscle biopsy consult on Aug 26th and mostly likely the actual biopsy the next day.

Should be fun! haha… (insert nervous face emoji)…

I have a good feeling about this one though. :)

New Coaching Package

What would you do if you could do anything, no one would be mad at you for it and you couldn’t mess it up?

This is a question I’ve spent A LOT of time thinking about lately…

My answer would be:

To help others to build confidence and break through the blocks that keep them stuck so that they can accomplish anything and be genuinely happy.

I believe that everyone deserves a life that they love. One that they wake up excited for. I love seeing people happy and following their dreams, not stuck in a life they hate.

So I created a coaching package for anyone needing extra support with accomplishing their goals and dreams.
