Haha, just kidding. This year has definitely gone fast though and I’m so grateful for all the help and support I’ve received from family, friends, clients and the girls at the salon. <3

HEALTH UPDATE
Well we still haven't gotten any answers but I was finally scheduled with a Neuromuscular Specialist at Mayo in February. Yay!! 🙌
In the meantime I will continue to try new things.
I’ve started a homeopathic protocol by Dr. Shannon White from Chiropractic In Motion in West Des Moines, IA. Her method of testing found that high levels of Epstein-Barr virus and Lyme’s disease are creating a lot of stress for my body. It can’t be said for sure if this is what’s causing my unexplained muscle atrophy but if there’s even a small chance that it can help, I'm sure as heck going to try it. 🙂
